Extension and Refurbishment – Mallusk, Newtownabbey 

Delap & Waller were appointed to provide M&E Consultancy Services to the D&B Team appointed to this project.

It consisted of a completely new VW Van Centre, Workshop and external works along with the full refurbishment of the existing VW Car Showroom.

Key areas were the lighting design and HVAC to ensure the that the environment conditions enhance the customer experience.
