The first phase of apartments at Titanic Quarter will be centered around the Abercorn Basin and surrounded by new public realm space.

It will consist of over 450 apartments stepping in scale from six floors up to ten and twelve floors and set on a ‘green’ podium over two levels of underground car parking and in a marina setting with restaurants, shops and leisure facilities.

The concept builds on the scale of the adjacent Odyssey complex of six storeys in scale stepping up to ten and twelve storeys to create a variation on height ultimately leading on to a phase two and concluding in the landmark apartment tower on the edge of the Waterfront.

Delap & Waller has completed the building services design and the apartments will utilize the latest ‘smart homes’ technology to compliment the site wide broadband communications infrastructure.
