The Grange Block D, Stillorgan
A development of 54 No., two and three bedroom apartments and penthouses in South Dublin.
Each of the apartments contains an excellent standard of mechanical and electrical services including a video entry security phone system, intercom to 24 hour concierge, lifts serving all floors, satellite TV and high speed internet connection points
This is a recent example of a high profile residential development undertaken by Delap & Waller. This project included the design of all the mechanical and electrical services which would be expected in any modern residential development. This state of the art fit-out was delivered to an exceptionally tight programme . This was a Design + Build with JJ Rhatigan, all designed to New Part L Building Regulations.

- Centralised District Heating incorporating CHP.
- Heat Interface units within each of the apartments
- Ventilation with Heat Recovery
- Building Management Controls
- Domestic Water Services
