The Radisson, Letterkenny is a 200 bed hotel to 4 star standards with fitness suite including swimming pool and conference facilities.

The building services installations incorporated the following:

• Western Wing Bedroom air conditioning with the remainder of the bedrooms heated by radiators.
• Conference room and function room air conditioning and demand fresh air ventilation.
• Full kitchen services including ventilation, plumbing, foul drainage, gas and electrical services.
• Air to air heat pump installation to the fitness suite and swimming pool complex.
• Swimming pool water treatment and filtration systems.
• Main heat generation plant and fuel storage.

Delap & Waller designed the main general and decorative lighting throughout the hotel complex including external lighting, signage and car park lighting.

The Building also comprises a fire alarm, emergency lighting, security systems and card access / booking system linked to BMS for fire, bedroom occupancy and general preventative maintenance measures. Delap & Waller also provided the design for small power with complete back up by standby generator.
