The Moniuszki Office is located in the centre of Warsaw and comprises 18 floors and 9,500m² of A class office space.

The office spaces have been designed to maximize daylight and an energy saving and staff friendly lighting system has been installed. New Air Conditioning and Ventilation systems, aesthetically mounted over the suspended ceilings, ensure the optimum temperature is maintained. The wiring system placed under the raised floor gives more flexibility in arranging the work stations. The building has been equipped with an advanced building management system, fire detection system, monitoring system, and access control, providing an effective working environment. The building has also been equipped with water mist fire protection sprinklers (this is the first time this type of Fire Suppression system has been installed in Warsaw). The building has four elevators equipped with an energy harvesting system which allows energy recovery to the LV network. All office spaces are equipped with high-efficiency, energy-saving LED and T5 luminescent lamps. All toilets are equipped with water-saving plumbing fixtures and automatic protection against flooding.

The Moniuszki building guarantees utmost security of energy supply that exceeds normal market standards: 2 independent MV power lines, a power generator and UPS power plug sockets at each workstation.

Delap & Waller was responsible for the Design process, Project Management and BREEAM accreditation process for which the building received a BREEAM ‘VERY GOOD’ rating.

The project continues with Delap and Waller undertaking the design and Project Management of the floor fit-outs for the various tenants.
