Delap and Waller were appointed to undertake a full review of an existing design which was completed in 2005. The design was updated and evaluated with the purpose of proposing efficiency improvements and sustainability measures.

A seperate exercise was undertaken to propose Value Engineering options to supply the Client with alternatives to suit the current Financial constraints and to give the Main Contractor (Client) the best chance of a successful Tender Proposal.
