This Residential Development consists of 190 apartments, landscaped courtyards, a car park and utilizes the renewable energy sources.

The client brief was to include the renewable energy sources within building services design. Delap and Waller examined two options, Solar PV panels and Solar Water Heating. After careful assessment Solar PV panels were selected to condense green house gas emission, and generate green electricity for all low energy light fittings that were installed in the landlord’s area; Also the surplus electricity from PV panels have been exported to main’s grid line so as to save incoming fuel cost, and enhance its electrical capacity.

Delap and Waller’s design duties included hot and cold water systems, heating system, general ventilation, car park ventilation, above ground drainage, roof drainage, renewable energy, fire alarm, lighting, power distribution, telecommunication, CCTV System and lift Installation.
