Along with the Hotel is a Leisure Centre, Conference Centre, extensive bars and meeting rooms and a Residential site comprising Apartments and Houses. This Hotel is the first in the group of Hotels for Menolly, with the recently completed Dylan Hotel occupying the site of the old Hibernian Hotel in Dublin 4. This project was built to an extremely tight programme, the Hotel was open for business within 16 months of commencing on site.
