This project involved the design of the Central Mall and West Mall for Blanchardstown Town Centre (floor area of 80,000m²) and the surrounding areas. Delap & Waller were involved in the design of shopping malls, multiple shop units, anchor tenants, surface and decked parking, underground service yard and delivery / services tunnel, site infrastructure and pubs and restaurants for this project.

This project also involved an extension to the existing Red Mall. This involved Mechanical & Electrical design for a new 6000m² anchor tenant (Marks & Spencer), new retail shopping units, new car parking, extension of the services tunnel and upgrade of the CCTV system.
