The Certificate certifies that D&W’s ICT defences, as assessed against the Cyber Essentials Implementation Profile [BIS/14/696], are suitable against commodity based cyber-attack. This offers D&W another line in cyber security and with the increase of malware components found in adware offers our Client’s peace of mind that their project information is held and accessed through uncompromised means through this formal verification process.
At the recent Plumbing and Heating Awards 2017, Riverside Mechanical Ltd. won a Highly Commended Award for the “District Heating Project of the year” at The Grange Stillorgan.

We envisage that this achievement will assist with promoting and the growth of our Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR’s) Service Offering.
As part of our goal to fully implement BIM into our company service offering we are delighted to have commenced our largest and most challenging BIM Scheme to date on the new Randox site in Antrim. This site consists of 25 Buildings, totals approximately £ 161m with specialist services including medical gasses and plumbing.

Vincent O’Hara and Charlie McKillop have stood down as Directors but will remain with the practice as Senior Engineers. Both have years of experience in the Building Services Industry.
Liam O’Hagan stepped down as Managing Director but remains as a Director. The role of Managing Director has been taken over by Michael O’Doherty, a Chartered Mechanical Engineer, who has been with Delap & Waller since 1992, working in both the London and Dublin Offices.

We are part of a select group of Irish SME’s who through a competitive process qualified to receive specialist in-company mentoring worth €23,000 designed to guide businesses through the delivery of their growth plans.
Delap & Waller has been selected to provide full M&E design services for the fit out of a £5million Distillery in a historic Belfast jail. The Crumlin Road Gaol Prison, which was built in 1845, has been empty since 1996, when it closed its doors as a working prison. As part of a high profile redevelopment of the Crumlin Road Belfast, the Belfast Distillery Company acquired the old Victorian jail from the Northern Ireland Executive and plans to develop a boutique distillery; the first to be built in Belfast for over 75 years.
