By 2018 Delap & Waller aim to integrate Building Information Modelling (BIM) into all of our project processes. We are fully BIM ready in terms of policy, processes and compliance. Our engineers have the IT experience, software skills and the know-how of working in collaboration with a larger Design Team. Our trained engineers use Autodesk Revit to design 3D visualisations and models, which feed directly into the BIM interface.

We promote a collaborative culture at Delap & Waller and our BIM strategies have been developed with our customers and Design Team partners in mind to ensure maximum coordination. Delap & Waller can deliver significant improvements in cost, value, time and energy efficiency to our clients through active collaboration and the use of open sharable asset information.

We have been working on a number of commercial projects using BIM – some of which are now nearing completion.
