This project evolved from a primarily a residential scheme to a high quality commercial scheme comprising 24,000 sq metres of office space in three blocks over a common underground basement. The offices are fitted out to the highest standard including full air conditioning. The main block includes a feature atrium. A ventilation strategy was devised by Delap & Waller to control conditions within the space. Full CFDs were provided in other to predict conditions and accurately size plant. Matheson Ormsby Prentice are currently completed their fitout within block A which will extend to 10,000 sq metres. The project is due for completion within the second half of 2007.
