The Obel building will be the tallest and most impressive landmark Belfast has ever known.
It will be recognised as one of the most contemporary elevations in Europe. It promises to eclipse all current buildings in the realms of scale, form and show-stopping aesthetics.
This landmark building will comprise: a modern hotel and entertainment facilities highly functional commercial spaces will form a separate facet of the project.
The residential development extends to 28 levels and consists of one, two and three bedroom apartments, duplex apartments and penthouses
Now, work has started to create Belfast's newest tallest building. The Obel Tower will be a 26 storey residential building, including an eight-storey hotel, apartments and a seven-storey office suite at Donegall Quay.
Work has already finished on the two-storey basement car park, which covers the full extent of the site and on completion will be mechanically ventilated using the latest CFD designed fan technology minimising ductwork to create a bright and spacious car park.
