The building comprises a main auditorium with a full suite of administration offices, function rooms, recreation and assembly concourses.
Delap & Waller provided full mechanical and electrical design services to the clients bespoke requirements, including utility infrastructure services, heating, ventilation, air conditioning and plumbing. A full electrical services installation including power, security, data and telecommunication services has also been provided.
Particular design features include a displacement ventilation system providing full heating, ventilation and air conditioning for the main auditorium and state of the art sound and video recording suites, specialist auditorium and stage lighting systems and a high specification sound system.
